Lord God, fill my mouth and heart with kind and peaceable words
May I speak good words to others
Recall to my mind and heart Your good works on behalf of Your people
May I wait on You and on Your counsel
Not rushing ahead with my own plan or agenda
O Lord, I invoke Your aid on my behalf and on my church's behalf
For You are an all-seeing God full of love and mercy
I will do that which You tell me
