A Famine of Hearing God's Word

Kept by Jesus Christ
During famine in our land
Let me hear Your Word

Shine

Abounding in Hope
Walking in the Truth of God 
God shining through me

Weary

Discouragement comes 
And I grow weary with sleep
Fill me with Your strength

Servant or Instrument?

A "servant" of God 
manifests spiritual fruit 
in and through their life 

A mere "instrument" 
may be used by God to bless 
But they yield no fruit

Confession

Shallow in my faith 
Grant me Your Divine Nature 
Jesus Christ, my Lord 

Faithful

Don't pare down My Word 
to suit your understanding. 
Be faithful to Me

Heart Peace

Establish your heart. 
Furnish the quiet places 
with My Peace and Love.

My Yoke

Looking unto Me 
Your burdens are rolled away 
Your load is lightened

Step Out with Confidence

My Exceeding Joy, 
Send out Your Light and Your Truth! 
Lord, let them lead me.  

New Purpose

All of your movements 
All your goings and comings 
Controlled by the Lord

Heart Peace

Be Spirit guided 
Find in God all you desire 
Know the heart of God

Refreshed

I give strength to one 
Who seeks knowledge and wisdom 
Come and rest in Me 

Insight

All souls are precious 
Destined for eternity 
Touch all with My Love

Saint

"What a soul for God!" 
May these words be said of you
By those whom you serve

May I understand 
Christ's Resurrection Power
To spend and be spent

The Joy-Filled Life

Search for joy in life 
Delight yourself in the Lord 
Live and love and laugh

I resolve to be 
An example of God's grace 
One truly transformed

True Strength

Be quiet, be still 
In stillness your strength will come 
Strength lies in quiet

Mercies

Showers of blessing
Shall be poured out
Do not grow weary
